My 2013 Games of the Year: The Last of Us (PS3)
Joel and Ellie’s brutal tale of survival takes place in an unforgiving world where violence is often the only available resolution. Despite this, The Last of Us manages to weave together a host of quiet moments not seen since last year’s The Walking Dead. Full of intensely human emotions, be they misplaced anger, the pain of loss, or damaging decisions made in duress, the game is most impactful when it touches upon these inner struggles. But most of all, The Last of Us is a game about consequences, and in a time where our culture is seemingly bereft of such inconveniences, I applaud Naughty Dog for crafting an experience around our accountability to nature and each other.
This gif speaks a lot.

The attention to detail and love for the original film really shows in the previews of the game. Looks really good so far.
Kentucky Route Zero
Just started playing this game. The art and atmosphere is gorgeous, and subtly uses 3D animation. The character animation is also well done. Highly recommend.
This is probably the most ‘minimalistic’ poster I’ve done.
I’ve been thinking about this for a while. It might seem a little simplistic but I love this moment in the movie.
I think I first saw Alien when I was 9 or 10? This part really scared the hell out of me.
